Leesburg, VA – February 14th, 2022 – The Building People has announced the appointment of Michael Germinario, P.E., CCM as Vice President of Real Estate, Portfolio, and Workplace Solutions. Michael will oversee a portfolio of projects within the company’s Building pillar ensuring that services meet and exceed client expectations. Mr. Germinario brings over 30 years of Federal experience in the real estate industry.
Michael has managed a portfolio valued at over $4.2 billion, consisting of approximately 4,300 owned and leased facilities across the United States. He was responsible for the planning and budgeting of capital construction, lease acquisition, maintenance and repair, environmental and energy initiatives. With extensive operational experience, Michael will continue to help federal agencies reduce costs without sacrificing quality and reliability.
