Leesburg, VA – February 3rd, 2022 – The Building People has announced the appointment of Neil Morgan as their new Vice President of Facilities Management Services. Neil has been with The Building People for almost 2 years and continues to make an impact within the organization by leading multiple teams to deliver projects that span across several business units. In this new role, Neil will oversee the Operations and Maintenance line of business with Facility Support Services and Logistics and Warehousing responsibilities. 

Mr. Morgan has over 18 years of integrated facilities management, quality assurance, project management, and real estate development experience with the federal government and private sector. Neil has a significant reputation across the Federal sector and is recognized as a transformational leader with his core knowledge and delivery experience with the General Services Administration (GSA) in facilities management, project development procedures, procurement, design & construction management, and real estate. Neil’s expertise will continue to bring industry credibility to The Building People.
