I have over 4 years of experience in Project Management, driving successful projects by focusing on team collaboration, strategic planning, and achieving high-impact results.

What is your role at TBP?

Engineer Technician IV

Can you tell us about the work you do at TBP?

As an Engineering Technician IV, I support maintenance schedules, track work orders, coordinate field assistance, ensure data accuracy, support procurement, maintain compliance, and assist with reporting and audits at a government facility.

What do you like most about working in your role?

I enjoy my role as an Engineering Technician IV because it offers frequent learning opportunities, significant potential for growth, and the chance to work with an incredible team.

What is a fun fact about you people might not know?

I am a twin mom, and their middle names are Luke and Leia.

How do you define success?

Success is about achieving growth in both my professional and personal life. It is important to be a lifelong learner as well.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Financial literacy and investing. I would like to dive deeper into personal finance, investments, and corporate finance.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

The best advice I’ve received is to remain focused on my goals, undeterred by distractions or discouragement from others. Tune out the noise and keep my “why” clearly in sight.

My greatest accomplishment has been transitioning into my current role, made possible by the invaluable support of my community and mentors.

My kids are a part of my why. I’m dedicated to creating a better life for them.
