What is your professional background?
I have over 25 years of experience in sales and consulting for software vendors in the real estate technology industry, working with both large and small federal, state, local, and commercial clients.
What is your role at The Building People?
I am the new Vice President of Growth, Strategy & Customer Success. I work closely with our Building Technology and Smart Building Teams.
Can you tell us about the work you do at The Building People?
Right now, my focus is on understanding how best to capitalize on our team’s talents and past performance to drive our client partnerships and grow our business. I also support new business capture efforts through direct sales and partner relationship development.
What do you like most about working in your role?
I love meeting the teams at The Building People – who they are, their commitment, expertise, and collaboration. I like the ability to leverage our talents as a trusted advisor to our clients and partners. And finally, I see myself as a Lobbyist for all things The Building People is capable of today and into the future!
What is a fun fact about you people might not know?
I am a yogi and coach and will travel long distances for retreats!
How do you define success?
At a high level – Growing, giving, and progressing forward on goals while maintaining a healthy balance while maintaining grace along the way.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
Be like Bob Marley and “Don’t worry…Be Happy” And also- sing like Adele!

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Years ago, my father gave me this counsel regarding a big presentation I was leading, “Stay grounded in your feet and stay in your heart and it all will go well.”
What is the accomplishment you are proudest of to date?
My family. We have raised and continue to raise two VERY decent human beings ages 21 and 19.
