In 2013, RICS* commissioned a team of international researchers from the University of Ulster to deliver global research on best practice public private partnerships in the US, Canada, UK, India and Australia. The research presents a timely update of the role of Public Private Partnerships (P3) to deliver against the global infrastructure investment challenge. The research takes a deeper dive into the key issues of infrastructure investment products and providing measureable value for money. This global research is being launched in the Americas at a World Bank evening event on June 10th.
