Over the last two years with The Building People, Ms. Fabeny has brought strategic leadership, technical expertise, and industry credibility while leading a team of over fifty employees to deliver on broad business support services, energy and sustainability, facilities management, human capital strategy, and conference logistics across the Department of Energy (DOE). Ms. Fabeny brings over 20 years of experience leading program delivery, business development, and strategic growth and will expand on her record of achievement including over $300 million in contracts and delivery solutions.
