Leesburg, VA, October 19, 2017 – The Building People LLC. have been awarded a $4.1 million contract by the U.S. Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic) to provide facilities support services at their Charleston, South Carolina and Portsmouth, Virginia locations.

This contract was awarded by Navy SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic procurement office to conduct technical and logistical support services across 1.4M GSF of facilities at two campuses in support of SPAWAR’s mission to, “enable Warfighters to secure America and promote global freedom by delivering information warfare capabilities.” The Building People will help Navy SPAWAR implement facilities and asset management best practices by utilizing data analytics and change management practices to improve asset management across their portfolio of assets.
