July 24, 2023, Leesburg, VA – The Building People, a recognized leader in the real estate and facilities industry, has announced the appointment of Cheryl Neff as the Safety and Occupational Health Manager at The Building People. With over three decades of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining safety and health programs across diverse industries, Cheryl brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.

Throughout her career, Cheryl has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring workplace safety and protecting employee well-being. For more than half of her career, she served as an enforcer of OSHA regulations and played an instrumental role in developing an OSHA State Plan program. Her broad and extensive experience uniquely positions her to tackle the diverse occupational safety and health challenges at The Building People.

Cheryl will build a comprehensive safety and occupational health program consistent, simple, and site-specific for The Building People. She will be a valued and trusted resource for each team member’s safety and health issues.
